Overview

Central Prairie Pest Control provides professional, ongoing pest management programs designed to protect commercial properties from rodents, insects and other common pest concerns.

Programs are built around the facility. Restaurants, apartment buildings, offices, retail spaces, warehouses, industrial properties and other commercial facilities each need something different, so service runs on a monthly, bi-monthly or customized schedule depending on the property.

Regular scheduled visits let us find pest activity early, deal with entry points and attractants, and keep problems from becoming costly or disruptive. That is the whole point of a program — it is cheaper and quieter than reacting after the fact.

The goal is a proactive, consistent, professional program that protects the property, the employees, the customers, the tenants, the inventory and the reputation attached to all of it.

With over 15 years of experience in the pest control industry, Central Prairie Pest Control brings practical experience and a prevention-focused approach to every commercial account.

What's included

Every visit, start to finish

Interior and exterior inspections

A comprehensive interior pest inspection and a full walk of the exterior on every scheduled visit.

Interior traps and monitoring devices

Preventative and targeted treatments

Preventative treatment for the pests common to your type of facility, and targeted treatment wherever activity is identified.

Sanitation and exclusion recommendations

Corrective measures written so your maintenance and cleaning staff can actually act on them.

Detailed service reporting

A report after each scheduled service covering areas inspected, pest activity or evidence observed, rodent monitoring results, bait station and trap inspections, products or treatments applied where applicable, conditions requiring attention, recommendations and follow-up requirements.

Questions

Commercial Pest Management, answered

How often would you be on site?

That depends on the building. Programs run monthly, bi-monthly, or on a schedule customized to the property. A facility under steady pressure gets seen more often than one that is not, and we would rather set the interval after looking at the site than sell you a fixed package.

What do we get after each visit?

A written service report on what was inspected, what was found, what was done and what needs attention, delivered digitally. See the Digital Reporting page for how the documentation side works.

Which kinds of facilities do you take on?

Restaurants, apartment buildings, offices, retail spaces, warehouses, industrial properties and similar commercial facilities. If you are not sure whether your operation fits, call and ask — you will get a straight answer either way.

We have more than one building. Can you cover them all?

Tell us what is in the portfolio and where the buildings are. Each property gets its own program and its own reports, and we will be upfront about what we can take on.
