Cottage Country Care, answered
Do I need to be there for the visits?
No. Most cottage visits happen while you are back in the city. We arrange access ahead of time and leave a record of what was found.
Can I book a single service instead of a program?
Yes. A one-off mosquito treatment before you have people up is a perfectly reasonable ask. If you would rather have the season covered, we build that instead.
Is this a property-watch service?
No. We monitor for pests and deal with pest activity. We are not watching the property for anything else, and we would point you to a dedicated service for that.
How do I know which level of protection I need?
Not every cottage needs the same coverage. We look at the property, tell you what the pressure looks like, and recommend the level that makes sense rather than the biggest one.
What if you find a real infestation, not just early activity?
We tell you what we found, explain the options, and book the treatment work separately. The monitoring side is about catching it before it gets to that point.
